We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integrated Account Team Lead Sales Manager to lead and coach a new team of Integrated Account Specialists, calling on both primary, secondary & Key Account customers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving success in line with our business objectives within the diabetes space, working closely with partner organisations to ensure effective collaboration at the local level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Integrated Account Specialists.
- Ensure local partnerships are effectively managed and business planning is aligned.
- Develop your team to achieve high levels of selling and business planning capabilities.
- Achieve the KPI’s as set out by the client company.
- Build strong relationships with Diabetes Consultants, Diabetes Specialist Nurses, and Primary Care Regional Thought Leaders to gain endorsement for promoted products.
- Collaborate closely with alliance teams to ensure alignment on local business priorities.
Requirements:
- Proven coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to work in teams and manage partnerships with other organisations.
- Experience in managing sales representatives in both Primary and Secondary Care NHS settings.
- Familiarity with payer activities and team management.
- Ability to build business relationships with local specialists and thought leaders.
