In this role, you will collaborate with pathologists, laboratory directors, clinical leaders, and key opinion leaders across Germany, the UK, and Spain to drive scientific exchange and support the integration of advanced diagnostic solutions into real clinical workflows.
About the RoleAs a Medical Affairs Scientific Partner, you will:
- Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with KOLs in pathology, oncology diagnostics, and laboratory medicine.
- Engage healthcare professionals, pathologists, laboratory leaders, and IT stakeholders to support implementation of diagnostic platforms, digital pathology systems, and computational technologies.
- Serve as a trusted scientific and technical resource, translating complex diagnostic innovation into clear clinical and operational value.
- Support site readiness for clinical studies, technical implementations, and workflow optimization.
- Provide balanced, evidence-based education to internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret and communicate scientific literature, guidelines, and technical data.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to share field insights that improve product adoption and patient care pathways.
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- An advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, etc.) OR clinical/scientific background (MSc/BSc, NP/RN) with strong relevant experience.
- Experience engaging with pathologists, laboratory leaders, and clinicians.
- Background in oncology diagnostics, digital pathology, laboratory instrumentation, or clinical study support.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific and diagnostic information clearly and confidently.
- Understanding of hospital workflows, clinical pathways, and laboratory operations.
- Ability to travel approximately 60â70% within the region (Germany, UK, Spain).
