Inizio Engage is delighted to be partnering with AstraZeneca, a global, innovation driven pharmaceutical company, to recruit a Clinical Sales Specialist in Hampshire. The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting AstraZeneca’s respiratory brands to healthcare professionals in primary care. As an Omnichannel enabled representative, you will utilise a range of face to face and remote engagement tools to work with healthcare professionals, providing tailored support and helping them make important decisions which will ultimately improve patients’ lives.

We are currently seeking candidates with strong face to face and virtual sales experience, preferably selling on different virtual platforms. AstraZeneca focuses on people, they want people to love coming to work, whether that be in the office, field or lab and have a passion to bring life-changing medicines to help improve patients’ lives.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales and market share targets in your area for the brand/s you promote
  • Delivering your call plan and any actions aligned to you in the local account plan
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers to be the partner of choice
  • Virtual and face to face sales experience
  • Presenting on different virtual platforms, with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • High emotional intelligence demonstrated through management of own attitude
  • Strong influencing skills via virtual selling
  • Success in virtual pharmaceutical sales
