Medical Affairs Operations Support – German & English Speaking

We’re looking for a German and English-speaking Medical Affairs Operations professional to join an exciting EMEA team.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of varied operational activities, work with senior stakeholders and gain valuable exposure across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping Medical Affairs activities moving, with responsibilities including:
- Coordinating HCP/HCO contracts, agreements and payments from initiation through to completion.
- Working directly with healthcare professionals, medical agencies and external partners.
- Preparing contracts and supporting documentation using approved processes and templates.
- Supporting transfer-of-value and governance activities.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new vendors, HCPs and medical agencies.
- Managing timelines and tracking multiple Medical Affairs projects and priorities.
- Partnering with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance.
- Helping ensure activities are delivered efficiently and in line with relevant SOPs and requirements.
- What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German and English – essential.
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive activities through to completion.
- Experience within pharma, Medical Affairs, life sciences, healthcare or another regulated environment would be a strong advantage.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
