About the Role
Inizio is recruiting a Regional Account Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical client with a growing portfolio across the paediatrics and gastroenterology therapy areas. This is a field-based role with responsibility for working across primary care, secondary care and NHS payer organisations, with a particular emphasis on secondary care engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused pharmaceutical sales professional who is experienced in building effective NHS relationships, identifying opportunities to improve patient access and delivering strong business results.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance across the assigned territory in line with agreed objectives.
- Develop and implement effective territory and account plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, NHS stakeholders, ICSs and medicines optimisation teams.
- Identify and develop commercial opportunities to support patient access and product growth.
- Deliver accurate and compliant product education in line with the ABPI Code of Practice.
Qualifications
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of achieving results.
- Essential experience working within secondary care.
- ABPI qualified.
- Strong understanding of the NHS, account management and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, planning and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Experience within paediatrics or gastroenterology would be advantageous, although not essential.
