Field-based role in Oxfordshire, reporting to the Nurse Manager. Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5pm.

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team at Inizio Engage. This field-based role involves supporting patients and healthcare professionals through clinical care, education, and service feedback delivered in home, community, or remote settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical care and patient education as per programme protocols
  • Support follow-up care and ensure accurate documentation
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Report adverse events and maintain compliance with policies and SOPs
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Current NMC/NMBI registration
  • 2+ years post-registration experience
  • Venipuncture – essential experience required
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Satisfactory DBS and medical clearance

Required Skills

  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
