Responsibilities
- Deliver expert onsite technical support in theatre and clinical settings.
- Lead on device trials, implantations, and programming sessions.
- Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest product and competitor knowledge. A healthcare‑related background with a commercial mindset.
- Knowledge of theatre protocols and hospital procedures.
- Experience in clinical or technical interactions with HCPs and patients.
- Strong communication, education, and troubleshooting skills.
- Confidence in presenting clinical data and supporting complex cases.
- Fluency in English (and local language, if applicable).
