Overview Clinical Nurse Advisor – Devon role at Inizio Engage .Due to the continued expansion of our outpatient nutrition service, we are recruiting Clinical Nurse Advisers to join our growing homecare nursing team. This role involves supporting patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) in the community. This is a field-based position providing direct care to patients in their own homes. You will play a key role in supporting safe discharge from hospital and helping patients manage their complex therapy at home. We welcome applicants who are already working in community settings, as well as nurses looking to transition from a hospital-based role into the community.Responsibilities Delivering care via home visits and virtual supportEducating and supporting patients, families, and carersConducting clinical audits and contributing to quality improvementLiaising with hospital and community-based healthcare teamsManaging TPN-related equipment and suppliesMaintaining CPD and ensuring full clinical complianceRequirements NMC-registered Nurse (Adult or Children)Degree-level qualification or equivalent clinical experienceMinimum of 1 year post-registration experienceConfident working independently in a community-based roleWhat We Offer You will join a supportive and forward-thinking clinical team.
