- Supervisor, Medical Information
- Remote | 4-day working week | 2pm–1am | Competitive salary
You know Medical Information. You understand what great service looks like. Now you’re ready for the opportunity to lead, influence and develop others.
At Inizio Engage, we’re looking for an experienced Medical Information professional to join us as a Supervisor, a role where your expertise will go beyond answering complex enquiries.
You’ll be leading people, shaping performance and helping create a team where quality, compliance and great service go hand in hand.
And with a four-day working week and fully remote working, this is an opportunity that offers something a little different.
What makes this role exciting?
This isn’t simply about managing a contact centre.
It’s about bringing out the best in people.
You’ll lead and coach a team of Medical Information professionals, helping them build confidence, develop their expertise and deliver consistently high standards.
You’ll have the autonomy to spot opportunities, solve problems and introduce new ideas, whether that means improving team performance, strengthening engagement or finding smarter ways of working.
You’ll also be part of the wider Business Unit Management Team, giving you the opportunity to make an impact beyond your immediate team.
What will you be doing?
No two days will be exactly the same, but you can expect to
- Lead and inspire your team, providing coaching, feedback and development that helps people perform at their best.
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering against key service and performance measures.
- Create a positive, collaborative environment where people feel engaged and supported.
- Use performance and operational data to identify trends and turn insights into action.
- Champion quality and compliance across Medical Information activities.
- Support the accurate handling and documentation of Medical Information enquiries, adverse events and product quality complaints.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to improve quality, productivity and service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training, helping new colleagues get off to a great start.
- Bring ideas to the table and help shape how the team and service continue to evolve.
Could this be your next move?
You might already be managing people or perhaps you’re an experienced Medical Information professional who has become the person colleagues naturally turn to for guidance and support.
Either way, we’re interested in hearing from you if you have
- A Pharmacy degree and equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Around 2–4 years’ Medical Information experience, ideally within a contact centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- The confidence to coach, mentor and give clear, constructive feedback.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM/enquiry management systems, queue systems, shared mailboxes and schedules.
- A proactive mindset — you don’t just identify a problem; you look for the solution.
Experience with Five9, previous leadership responsibilities or additional languages would be an advantage, but they’re not essential.
Why Inizio Engage?
Because your next role should give you the opportunity to grow as well as lead.
You’ll join a collaborative environment where your experience is valued, your ideas are welcomed and you can make a visible difference to both your team and the service they provide.
If you’re passionate about Medical Information and ready to take greater ownership, develop others and make your mark as a leader, we’d love to hear from you.
