They are looking for a Tender Compliance Officer to take ownership of the tender process, leading high-quality, compliant submissions that help secure new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Producing high-quality PQQs, ITTs, RFIs and KPI reports
- Working with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Legal to gather winning content
- Managing procurement portals, pricing, contract data and tender documentation
- Keeping up to date with NHS procurement and compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or another regulated industry is desirable but not essential.
