About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team at Inizio Engage. This field‑based role involves supporting patients and healthcare professionals through clinical care, education, and service feedback delivered in home, community, or remote settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care and patient education as per programme protocols
- Support follow‑up care and ensure accurate documentation
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Report adverse events and maintain compliance with policies and SOPs
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements
- Current NMC/NMBI registration
- 2+ years post‑registration experience
- Venipuncture – essential experience required
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Satisfactory DBS and medical clearance
