- Engaging pharmacists across the UK through outbound calls
- Building rapport and communicating the value of educational resources
- Securing e-consent in a clear, compliant, and professional way
- Recording accurate information in internal systems
- Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
- Contributing to team targets and overall campaign success
