We are seeking a motivated and determined individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative, specializing in the Respiratory therapy area for a leading European pharmaceutical client based in Parma, Italy. This role involves promoting ethical therapeutic products and contributing to the company's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales and enhance market share of assigned products.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Respiratory disease therapy area, including products and competitor activities.
  • Exhibit strong 1:1 selling skills consistent with client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales.
  • Analyze, plan, implement, and review Local Health Economy Plans to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to influence the Primary Care adoption of the product portfolio, particularly in Asthma.
  • Negotiate and influence key stakeholders across Primary Care effectively.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong focus on results and initiative.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
  • Awareness of competitive practices in the market.
