About the Role:
As an Integrated Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing business activities across priority hospital accounts and Integrated Care Systems (ICS). You will take the lead on local account planning, utilizing customer insights to develop and execute strategies that align with overall brand goals. From product launch onwards, you will ensure optimal positioning while focusing on improving patient lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory business plan based on local NHS and customer priorities.
- Lead cross-functional business planning with the Regional Business Manager, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Medical Liaison teams.
- Achieve sales and patient start targets through both in-person and digital customer interactions.
- Meet the KPIs set forth by the Regional Business Manager and client company.
- Build profound expertise in diabetes and relevant competitor products to support healthcare professionals effectively.
- Collaborate with KAMs, Medical Liaisons, and Head Office teams to secure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and compliance at all times.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record of identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Successful history in pharmaceutical sales, including experience selling a broad portfolio across various disease areas.
- ABPI qualification and a full UK driving license are essential.
- Personal accountability, flexibility, and a winning mindset to excel in a competitive environment.
