Job Purpose/Overview: Inizio Engage supports pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations globally. We are recruiting a People and Culture Business Partner (maternity cover). You will lead the People & Culture team, partner with local BU leads, and support HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, payroll queries, and reporting on key metrics. You will also drive engagement initiatives and promote our culture and EVP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employee relations cases, mentoring HR Advisors.
- Participate in local management teams, supporting operational growth.
- Report on People metrics to aid management decisions.
- Lead performance processes, training, and communication strategies.
- Support regional change projects like EVP embedding, Wellbeing, Talent Management.
- Develop understanding of business strategies and challenges.
- Ensure appropriate business sizing and structure.
- Review and update policies in line with UK legislation.
- Partner with Payroll for timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Advise managers on employment terms and best practices.
- Drive team performance and development.
- Oversee Company Induction delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification or working towards it (advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years management experience.
- Experience with ER caseloads, restructuring, TUPE (desirable).
