We are looking for an experienced Producer Director to lead projects across Inizio Engage XD Film, with a focus on AI-driven content. You will work across a diverse slate of projectsâfrom fastâturnaround AI films and animations to largeâscale, longâterm event contentâtaking full ownership from brief to delivery. As part of our 30âstrong inâhouse film team, you will collaborate with producers, directors, animators, editors and production management to deliver endâtoâend content that truly reflects our clientsâ brands.
You will lead production across all stages from preâproduction, production and postâproduction, working with Inizio project leads, our internal client engagement team and clients. This is a hybrid role where you will work 2/3 days in the office.
What you will do:
- Interpret client briefs and develop proposals
- Collaborate on budgeting and production planning
- Lead all preâproduction activity
- Act as a key client contact alongside our internal client engagement team
- Maintain clear communication across clients and creative teams
- Oversee postâproduction, ensuring creative quality and alignment with client expectations
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to agreed specifications
- Participate in internal and client washâup meetings
What you need to have:
- Experience producing and directing film content across genres
- Handsâon experience with AI tools (Veo 3, HeyGen, ElevenLabs; Runway desirable)
- Strong creative concept development and production expertise
- Selfâshooting capability
- Editing proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Understanding of current production techniques
- Experience working with clients and assessing their needs and exceeding expectations
