We are delighted to present an opportunity for a Content Manager to join our Environments team and help us create moments that matter.
What will you do ... As a Senior Content Manager you'll lead content planning, creation and delivery for exhibition booths and global programmes. You'll work with a variety of Pharmaceutical and non-healthcare clients across our prestigious portfolio. You'll be a strategic partner to our project teams and clients, translating brand strategy, scientific narratives and market nuances into compelling content that's brand compliant, on-brand and adaptable across regions.
- Building positive client relationships to understand their corporate and brand guidelines and their implementation into a project design and content development.
- Define content strategy, messaging frameworks and content architecture for exhibitions, environments, booths and programme workstreams.
- Manage the project's content schedule and lead on key content management programmes for named clients.
- Be a key contact for partners about content management and delivery.
- Work with the project compliance teams to develop a full understanding of our clients' regulatory approval process and its implementation across the project.
- Work across service lines (e.g. film, artwork and digital) to develop and update content assets in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Approvals Manager to manage content (assets) and booth designs through the approval process.
- Act as an important quality control resource across all project assets.
- Contribute to project team meetings and lead discussions on the types of content and their use.
- Collaborate with Project Managers around the development of detailed and accurate schedules for projects, keeping clients and internal team members informed of content progress and providing regular updates on any changes or issues.
- Prepare approval submissions and manage review outcomes to take the assets through to approval status.
- Proactively identify practical solutions to asset development and use within the compliance framework.
What do you need to have ... A minimum of 6 years' experience in a Content Management role in the corporate space. Experience of compliance processes and working within regulatory frameworks, ideally in the Pharma regulatory environment and how it affects the creative process. Proven experience in creating content specifically for exhibition booths/experiential environments. Experience working across multiple projects and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks according to significance and deadlines. Demonstrable experience with working with pharmaceutical clients and/or other heavily regulated industries. The ability to balance creative working with practical delivery. Experience of managing client expectations and working collaboratively with clients and internal project partners alike. An awareness of cost management and ability to produce work to budgets and agreed schedules. Understanding of the technical delivery of assets.
