Are you passionate about being the champion every child deserves? We are seeking an inspiring Pastoral Wellbeing Lead to join our ambitious, tight‑knit, and fiercely supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Take a key role in safeguarding, ensuring the school remains a sanctuary for vulnerable pupils.
  • Work directly with children to break down barriers to learning, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate their triumphs.
  • Work closely and compassionately with families, building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring a united approach to their child's wellbeing and success.
  • Support the safeguarding and pastoral team, and if you are not already a Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will receive investment in training to become a DSL.

Work Environment & Benefits
