Responsibilities
- Take a key role in safeguarding, ensuring the school remains a sanctuary for vulnerable pupils.
- Work directly with children to break down barriers to learning, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate their triumphs.
- Work closely and compassionately with families, building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring a united approach to their child's wellbeing and success.
- Support the safeguarding and pastoral team, and if you are not already a Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will receive investment in training to become a DSL.
