Actual Salary £18,464 - £19,363 per annum (Grade 6) (£25,183 - £26,409 FTE).

Job Type: Part‑time, Term Time Only (30 hours per week, 41 weeks per year). Temporary contract for 12 months with approximate start date 22 April 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in delivering a comprehensive, professional, and confidential HR administrative service.
  • Assist with recruitment activities: preparation of offers, induction of new hires, managing absence records, payroll processing, and personnel file maintenance.
  • Act as a member of the First Aid team, providing first aid to the school community when required (training will be provided).
  • Develop and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders via multiple communication channels; excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Maintain confidentiality, secure handling of information, and exercise discretion at all times.
