We are looking for someone who can assist the Exams Officer as needed to ensure that all exams run smoothly, that equipment is prepared and checked in advance, and that any issues arising during the exam are dealt with effectively.
Responsibilities
- Input external exam entries.
- Enter rooming and seating arrangements for examinations.
- Receive and dispatch examination papers.
- Prepare examination results for distribution.
- Deal with queries from the team inbox from parents, stakeholders, staff, and students.
- Assist with the inputting and uploading of NEA.
- Assist with inputting and supervision of internal and external exams, including entries.
- Book tests and download papers for specific exams as required.
- Assist in directing the team of invigilators.
- Prepare for exams.
- Serve as keyholder and follow JCQ regulations.
- Collate information and record-keep exam certificates.
- Assist in the facilitation of Exam Access Arrangements.
Qualifications
We would like to appoint someone with prior experience working in an office administration environment and experience of following procedures and processes. Excellent administrative and organisational skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.
