Job Type: Part‑time, Term Time Only (30 hours per week, 41 weeks per year). Temporary contract for 12 months with approximate start date 22 April 2025.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in delivering a comprehensive, professional, and confidential HR administrative service.
- Assist with recruitment activities: preparation of offers, induction of new hires, managing absence records, payroll processing, and personnel file maintenance.
- Act as a member of the First Aid team, providing first aid to the school community when required (training will be provided).
- Develop and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders via multiple communication channels; excellent communication skills are essential.
- Maintain confidentiality, secure handling of information, and exercise discretion at all times.
