As Manager, you play a key supporting role in enabling the successful delivery of client partnership commitments across global and market levels. You will work across Business Leadership, Operations, Activation, and Strategy to ensure alignment, coordination, and smooth execution of all activity.
You support craft leadership in delivering against agreed client deliverables, including performance framework tracking such as TRR, Global QBRs, process cascading through internal bi-weeklies and collation of local and regional action plans, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
You are a key day-to-day contact for internal teams and a supporting contact for the client, helping ensure everything is operating smoothly, accurately, and on deadline. You are building your understanding of the client’s business, the global operating model, and how different markets contribute to overall success.
In this role, you will work closely with global and regional leads to ensure that key outputs and deliverables are aligned to client expectations and grounded in strong operational foundations. You will help ensure that global principles, processes, and best practices are consistently applied across markets.
As a Manager, you are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong coordination skills. You are developing your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, track complex workstreams, and contribute to effective ways of working across a global network.

- Support the delivery of client partnership commitments, including collation of quarterly survey results across markets globally to be shared with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of day-to-day requests from key global clients and internal teams.
- Support tracking of deliverables, timelines, and performance across global and market levels.
- Help identify risks to delivery and escalation or coordinate resolution as needed.
- Build relationships with day-to-day client contacts and key regional stakeholders.
- Support the development of client materials, updates, and reporting.
- Contribute to global views, status updates, and performance tracking.

- Day-to-day project management support across the global account.
- Work with Global and Regional leads across Business Leadership, Strategy, Activation, and Operations to ensure aligned delivery.
- Support coordination across markets/regions to ensure consistency in outputs and timelines.
- Attend internal global and regional statuses – contributing to agendas where appropriate.
- Build relationships and support the needs of cross-functional teams working on the account.
- Support global processes such as annual planning, templates, trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
- Help drive adoption of best practices and ways of working across markets.
- Stay up to date with the Omnicom offerings along with global media and marketing landscape changes to support informed POV.
