The Media Planning Associate supports the development and delivery of effective, insight-led media plans across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their media career who is looking to build strong planning fundamentals, gain exposure to cross-channel strategy, and contribute to best-in-class campaign execution. You will work closely with planners, buyers, and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of media plans across digital and offline channels
  • Support audience research and insight generation using tools such as TGI, YouGov, Nielsen, or platform insights
  • Support campaign setup processes alongside activation teams
  • Manage deadlines and ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Support in tracking campaign performance
  • Assist in preparing PCAs
  • Attend internal and client meetings where appropriate
  • Take notes and follow up on actions
  • Build relationships with media partners
  • Support presentation creation for client reviews and responses
  • Support in finance approval process
