Role Overview

This Associate Director works on two flagship accounts – Bupa Healthcare and Quorn – delivering communications design that blends media planning, digital, public relations and content. You ensure adoption of design principles, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver culturally empowered, idea‑led ecosystems that drive measurable effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, present and manage detailed communications plans that align with client goals and budget.
  • Lead and mentor the design team, fostering planning fundamentals and best‑practice application across owned, earned, shared and paid mediums.
  • Collaborate with partner, technology and specialty business unit leads to design and deliver client‑centric communication strategies.
  • Champion innovative, forward‑thinking activities to create audience value and commercial impact.
  • Contribute to internal growth and new business initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and develop direct reports and build strong client, vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 10+ years of experience in media, digital, communications or related planning roles.
  • Experience in UK media landscape and ecosystem planning.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and engage diverse teams.
