ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Intuit across the EMEA region. The account opportunities include:

  • ÂŁ60M investment across 10‑12 markets, focusing on the UK as the largest priority market with potential expansion across EMEA.
  • Client seeks strategic advice on reallocating investment and a new approach to managing brand and demand marketing to deliver a step-change in perception.
  • Business centrally managed, planned and bought, with local support where necessary.
  • Collaboration with performance strategy & planning team to deliver full‑funnel, brand‑to‑demand campaigns.
  • Previous B2B experience preferable but not essential.

As Associate Director, you will manage the creation of impactful communication plans across the full ecosystem of media channels, from consumer insights to channel selection and post‑campaign analysis. You will be the day‑to‑day contact and lynchpin for the client and internal team, leading planning across disciplines, and ensuring smooth operations. You will also manage junior team members, overseeing appraisals, goal setting, and performance management.

Client Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed communications plans to power ideas.
  • Present the holistic approach to stakeholders alongside Group Director, CAM and Director.
  • Manage day‑to‑day client requirements and workflow.
  • Present client education programs around Communications Design trends.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Manage and train design team in communications planning fundamentals.
  • Ensure best‑practice application of planning approach and key tools.
  • Write and manage RFP outputs with Partnerships leads.

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Contribute to client KPI delivery.
  • Contribute to SBU growth and client profitability.
  • Support new business initiatives as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines and pressure.
