The restaurant and bar will be located in Locke Aparthotel at Broken Wharf, London City, opening early March 2020. The venue is part of Locke at Broken Wharf, a hotel base near the River Thames that blends co‑working, artisanal coffee and playful cocktails. Deli Cat & Sons delivers a modern British take on a 19th‑century New York deli with breakfast, salads, sandwiches, healthy bites and evening tapas featuring locally sourced products and quality seafood.
Supervisors are the core of our operations. They link the managers and staff, create buzz and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Scope of the role, responsibilities and physical requirements:- Deliver smooth, unforgettable service throughout the shift, building guest relationships and ensuring consistency in service speed and drink quality.
- Handle special requests and guests that expect service beyond the usual offer.
- Resolve shift‑time issues and, if needed, escalate them to management.
- Maintain effective communication across departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand.
- At least 2 years of experience working in service.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about food and beverage, aware of current trends.
- Flexible, driven, team spirit, ownership mindset.
