We’ve successfully launched PERU PERDU restaurant at the supercool WHITWORTH LOCKE and now we’re turning our attention to the stunning COTTON FACTORY LOUNGE. We have a focus on:
- Looking after our team // no zero hour contracts // 100% tronc distribution // balance & well being.
- Residency wine (Austrian & German first up).
- Whisky, Gin & Cognac (we are a Hotel bar after all).
- Forward thinking cocktails & classic twists.
- Food from the residency restaurant, currently PERU PERDU.
- Amazing guest service // table service.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
