We're looking for a full time Chef de Partie, ideally with pizza chef experience, to be a part of our exciting new concept located in Peru Perdu. Peru Perdu is a colourful & vibrant Peruvian inspired restaurant in the heart of central Manchester.

You will be joining our team to roll out our new pizza menu, cooked uniquely on a charcoal grill, and will also support with our day-to-day menus and prep.

We're looking for passionate people who love food, bring a positivity into their work every day and take pride in every dish they send out. Our service style is hyper guest-focussed but laid back, friendly & informal, and we believe in offering a great work / life balance. Our kitchen is open and we expect our chefs to also embrace our love for our guests.

This role is primarily for weekends but you must be available to work on weekdays as well. Previous experience required.
