We are a young and dynamic hospitality group run by a passionate and creative team of professionals. We run places where people meet to work or enjoy time with friends. Our bars and restaurants are relaxed but full of character. We are crazy about the food and drinks we serve, but we also know how to create a great atmosphere. We are currently looking for kitchen staff at all levels for venues across our portfolio, including food markets, grab and go concepts, and fully operating restaurants. Our venues are located in Central London.
Our kitchens are the core of our operations. Passionate and driven chefs are skilfully trained to pass on their knowledge and never lose sight of their ultimate responsibility – to bring the most amazing experience to all of our guests by providing the best quality food.
The lifestyle of our chefs demands high levels of energy and a positive outlook. They need to show consistency in an ever-changing environment and be able to overcome challenges in a creative and constructive way. They must work to the highest standards under pressure and consistently produce the highest quality of food. They are also the ones to first handle and support all the staff. Communication is what keeps our departments operating smoothly; our staff must master the skill of effective communication. Our staff need to act as ambassadors of our brand.
Our chefs are flexible, passionate, eager to learn, and driven to provide the best service. We expect them to inject passion into all employees and create a real team spirit. They need to take ownership and believe in what they do. Our chefs need to be fluent in English. Our chefs de partie need to be passionate about food and beverage and be aware of current trends.
