Company Overview: We are a young and dynamic hospitality group operating bars and restaurants that bring people together. Our focus is on great food, drinks, atmosphere and sustainable practices.

Hotel and Restaurant Overview: We are opening our newest restaurant and bar at Locke at Broken Wharf, London City. The venue will serve a modern British take on the 19th‑Century New York deli, a coffee bar, and a buzzing cocktail bar.

Position Overview: Our Head Bartenders are key figures, linking managers, staff and guests to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Scope of the Role, Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:

  • Deliver smooth and unforgettable service throughout the shift, building guest relationships and ensuring consistency in speed and quality of drinks.
  • Be passionate about the bar industry, with excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktails and a creative mind.
  • Act as an excellent mentor and trainer for peers.
  • Handle special requests and guests who expect service beyond the usual offering.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the shift and appropriately escalate them to management.
  • Master effective communication to keep departments operating smoothly.
  • Act as an ambassador of the brand.

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a service role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for food and beverage, and awareness of current industry trends.
