The Role: As an HR Business Partner / HR Manager, you'll play a key role during an exciting phase of transformation and growth. Joining the team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, you will work closely with business leaders to drive results and enhance employee engagement. This role is essential to supporting the transition to HR Shared Services while maintaining strong relationships across the organization and implementing the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, earning trust and respect.
- Partner with managers to leverage the people agenda for business success, driving a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve processes and deliver the People Strategy.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and restructures, ensuring inclusivity and fairness.
- Use data-driven insights to address future workforce needs and influence HR solutions.
- Champion change initiatives, supporting business transformation and cultural alignment.
- Support managers in talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes.
Key Deliverables:
- Provide business-as-usual HR coverage and support.
- Advance key HR projects, such as performance, levelling, and reward strategies.
- Facilitate the successful transition to HR Shared Services.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Autonomous decision-making, with good judgment on when to escalate issues.
- Commercial and cultural awareness with a global perspective.
Ideal Candidate:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, and culture-building.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with experience in international HR (US, APAC, LATAM preferred).
- Proven experience in supporting change within fast-growing organizations, ideally within Fintech or payments industries.
