O2C Consultant – Workday Financials – SC Cleared – remote

Must have experience on customer accounts and banking functional areas

Duration – December 2025 to end of April 2026 – 5 or 6 months depending on actual start (or earlier)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and configuration for Customer Accounts and Banking within Workday Financials.
• Drive integration across functional areas including Projects, Billing, and Revenue.
• Partner with technical teams on data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Provide guidance on best practices, data governance, and system touchpoints impacting O2C.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading Workday Financials implementations, specifically in Customer Accounts and Banking.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with data conversion and testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
