Responsibilities:
- Lead and transform a global software development team into a high-performing, AI-enabled unit.
- Shift from unmanaged workflows to structured Agile practices.
- Drive adoption of AI within the .NET ecosystem and integrated database environments.
- Lead Git-to-GitHub migration with minimal disruption.
- Establish and track key development KPIs (cycle time, deployment frequency, CFR, etc.).
- Ensure accountability, process excellence, and innovation across a geographically diverse team.

Qualifications:
