Role
We are looking for an engaging & ambitious AI Solutions Analyst to help deliver AI-powered solutions.
This role combines business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and testing/quality assurance .
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design effective AI prompts and workflows, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience working with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and accurately
- Experience in business analysis, QA/testing and solution delivery
- Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Change management
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
