Job Description

Senior ServiceNow Developer – UK – remote – £325 – £350 – 6 months

Skills/experience

  • 5+ years strong demonstrable experience of ServiceNow ITSM inc. workflow, Incident/Change/Problem, Scripting, portal design, CMDB.
  • Ideally 2+ years demonstrable experience of ServiceNow ITOM inc. Discovery and Event Management
  • Ideally experience of other ServiceNow modules (HR, Legal, IRM, SecOps etc)
  • Good understanding of development life cycle and software life cycle in general.
  • Good experience in project (problems and incident) planning
  • Ability to work with others and to be able to effectively work alone.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Role

  • To be responsible for the operational support of the client's ServiceNow Platform(s), primarily focusing on ITSM
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Development Team, ServiceNow Manager and Process & Business Analysis Team to agree strategies and drive ServiceNow platform priorities
  • To take ownership for incident and problem management in accordance with agreed standards and time, cost and quality measures of issues raised on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and manage ITSM and other ServiceNow Module enhancements in line with Business needs
  • Create and deliver solutions in line with your technical expertise on ServiceNow
  • Provide advice and guidance on all business queries and requests
