We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, on-site position located in Bracknell. The role involves creating and maintaining a safe, effective, and enriching environment for children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, tracking each child's development, and supporting their learning and social skills. Collaborative work with parents, guardians, and other team members plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the children's early learning and development. The role includes setting up of the preschool. Hours Monday-Friday 7:30am- 5pm.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience and strong knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities that cater to children's individual needs and interests.
- Skills in listening to children, observing their development, and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
- Qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare (Level 2 or above) and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working within a diverse and inclusive environment focused on child-centered learning.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health and safety standards in an early years setting is advantageous.
