The Job As an AI Transformation Leader, you will be a strategic force driving the transition of cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world business value across a high-growth environment.
You will bridge the gap between AI tech and commercial execution by mapping out an enterprise automation future, building a high-performing team of AI specialists, and scaling reusable tools across the organisation.
Operating at a high level of visibility, you will partner directly with executive leadership, Product you will have direct executive backing, a dedicated budget, and the authority to shape the strategic AI direction of the entire company.
