We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Software Engineering division. This is an exciting opportunity to step onto a genuinely "hot desk" with an abundance of live clients and active requirements across the globe. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and placing top-tier software engineering talent across various industries.

A significant part of this role will involve expert account management, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business, alongside a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities to further expand your desk and our market presence. You will leverage your deep understanding of the tech landscape to proactively source, engage, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.

You are an accomplished recruitment professional with a solid track record of success within the technology sector, specifically within Software Engineering, working in an agency setting. You possess an innate ability to build rapport quickly, influence stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results. Your commercial acumen is strong, demonstrated by your solid new business development skills and an expert approach to account management, turning prospects into partners and clients into advocates.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the technology sector.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Exceptional account management capabilities, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Solid new business development skills with a history of generating leads and securing new mandates.
  • Deep understanding of the software engineering landscape, current trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.

The Money
