Senior Product Manager / Head of Domain
The Job
The Senior Product manager / head of domain will own the core information system and biggest revenue stream for this $billion business. Your job will be to build and own the roadmap to remediate and re-platform their entire system, using a blend of OTT and bespoke developed solutions.
This core product has grown over the last 15+ years and is held together by brilliant people filling in the gaps, creating work arounds and doing a lot more work than they should. Your mission is to solve these problems and create the future state and then drive further iterations of this SaaS product.
You have to do this whilst the system is live and supporting their biggest clients.
You will drive the strategic direction, working with stakeholders internally and externally.
Day to day you will work with delivery teams, product Owners, UX teams and the wider business.
On the occasion that there is an outage, you will take point and accountability, providing leadership ad a calm head.
You will manage 1-2 product managers.
This is a senior product manager job and will not see you act as the product owner (which is refreshing).
About you
You will be a Senior product manager and have fantastic communication skills and be brilliant at managing stakeholders. You will be a product manager who leans more towards technology than the marketing side.
You must have experience of owning a product that is low latency and have held responsibility when things have gone sideways.
Any experience of SaaS product management would be great.

This business works in the information space and have grown quickly in the 15 years they have been running. They are 1500 people and have a culture where people are listened too and if you come with great ideas the business is not afraid to act on them. They have recently changed the way that projects are delivered, which means they are scaling their technical teams and is the reason they are hiring you.
The business is valued at $1B and the aim to be valued at $2B within 5 years.
This is a super friendly business where culture is important.

Salary + package
£115,000 + 10% bonus + pension + 26 days holiday + 2 days for like admin + 2 days to do some good, this increases with time.
They will give you 6 professional coaching or mental health sessions per year (an amazing benefit), plus all the other perks.
Location
They are located in London and ideally you will want to come in 1/ 2 days per week. If you have perfect experience they will be happy for you to work remotely from the UK with occasional travel to London (expensed)
