We are looking for a Contract Product Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative technology business in the iGaming and Affiliate space. This is a delivery-focused, hands-on product role — ideal for someone who can translate business needs into structured product requirements, maintain sprint readiness, and enable engineering teams to move efficiently.
This is a front-foot, product-led role where you will engage directly with stakeholders — including C-suite executives — to scope, refine, and prioritise initiatives. You will work alongside supportive teams and experienced engineers, focusing on keeping strong product discipline alive throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Translating business problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Driving backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business, including C-suite, to align priorities and ensure clarity.
- Scoping and breaking down MVPs, turning high-level ideas into tactical roadmaps and tangible delivery plans.
- Partnering with engineering to take products to market efficiently, maintaining a product-led perspective while ensuring execution excellence.
- Operating in a fast-paced, multi-system environment, balancing agility with structured product discipline.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Product Management experience in the iGaming / Affiliate industry.
- Experience delivering through engineering teams, ideally with API-driven or internal tooling platforms.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, backlog prioritisation, and product scoping.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in MVP creation, tactical roadmaps, and product-to-market execution.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
