Principal Adobe Implementation Specialist – Marketing Solutions –London
The job
Working as a principal integrated marketing consultant, your job will be varied, interesting and ultimately very rewarding. You will join an established team who are primed for super growth as a lead consultant / architect working with clients predominantly in the adobe arena.
The team is jammed packed with Adobe talent, utilising Adobe campaign, Realtime customer data platform, Adobe Journey optimiser and adobe analytics. Your job will be to lead client engagements and implementations. This will involve gathering requirements, technical architecture and ensuring the team are delivering against requirements.
To be successful in this job you need to be a great communicator and an expert in the Adobe suite, we are specifically interested in your skills; Realtime Customer Data Platform (CDP), Campaign AEM or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
You will have experience working with the clients creating implementation plans, technical solutions and supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. You\’ll be responsible for turning marketing strategies into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.
This job is client facing and although most clients are happy to operate on zoom, you will have the opportunity to travel (USA, SA, UAE) it is not a requirement of the person that takes this job, it is an opportunity that you can take or not take.

The team here are fantastic, the leader were industry recognised leaders in Adobe campaign for over 12 years ago initially working on Adobe campaign, as the adobe product grew so did their client pool and this relatively small business has positioned itself for growth due to organic growth, referrals and key partnerships that has swollen their order book 10X in 2025.
They are relaxed bunch based mainly across the UK, some attend the office (in London) most days, some are less frequent visitors. They enjoy each other’s company and love the work they do. Staff stay here for long time and that is testament to a great working environment, great leaders (they were servant leaders before it was a thing!) and career path dictated by the team themselves (“I’d like to manage clients”, “I’d like to do more architecture”)
The Money
Salaries are always fair, come with broad in depth experience and salaries will be higher. Generally they are 5%-10% over market rate. Benefits include a generous contributory pension of 10%, bonus, private medical, life insurance, 25 days holiday.
Salary is a conversation people have in this organisation often, everyone is paid very fairly (which is evident in staff turnover rates)
