We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Software Engineering division. This is an exciting opportunity to step onto a genuinely "hot desk" with an abundance of live clients and active requirements across the globe. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing technical jobs across the UK, EU, and North America. In the process, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and top-tier software engineering talent across various industries. You will gain a deep understanding of the tech landscape to proactively source, engage, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
About you
You will be a driven person who has the motivation to succeed. If you are a resourcer, recruiter, or salesperson already, that would really help, but attitude is more important. You will possess an innate ability to build rapport quickly, influence stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results.
