In this role, you will be a Campaign CRM Specialist initially splitting your time between an established client (a Health and lifestyle brand) and the consultancy where you will receive training to become an Adobe specialist. Your primary focus for two days a week will be managing data selections and audience targeting to ensure campaigns are ready to go according to the master plan. You will work closely with both the internal campaign team and our consultancy to bridge the gap between data and delivery. For the remaining three days of the week, you will be upskilled by their expert team. This is a unique opportunity to expand your expertise into cutting-edge Adobe products, including CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). As you grow into the role, you will take on more diverse client work across our portfolio, moving from a focused support role to a billable consultant.

- Data Handling: Ability to work with data from various sources, including CSV files and segmented CRM solutions.
- Technical Basics: A basic understanding of SQL for moving data and some knowledge of HTML for email campaign building is highly desirable.
- Communication: Comfortable working with internal teams and clients to deliver on campaign requirements.
