As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between the warranty business and the technical teams during a major digital transformation. It is a business-focused job delivering a business change facilitated by technology. You will be tasked with overhauling the customer web portals, improving sales and claims portals, and integrating CRM solutions. You will also get involved in a huge overhaul of their reporting solution and data lake, transitioning it to a modern data platform.
About You
You are a Business Analyst who has worked in General Insurance (ideally motor insurance) and understand the language around policy and claims. You will be business-focused and be comfortable delivering requirements to technical teams; any exposure to CRM and/or digital web portal migrations would be useful, but not essential.
- Motor Insurance or Warranty background
- Business transformation experience as a Business Analyst
The Company
