Recruitment Consultant – technology (Contract and Permanent)

The Job

Working as Technical recruiter your job will be to work with global clients and engage with highly skilled technical candidates and clients from around the world, wining business, understanding needs and supplying staffing solutions (both contract and permanent.).

Day to day the job will involve lots of telephone work, creating emailing campaigns, building out automations, writing adverts, booking / running pitch meetings and building lasting relationships.

It’s a sales job and requires you to be very motivated, keen to learn and resilient.

About you

You will have some sales experience ideally B2B, be able to demonstrate success in previous jobs or your personal life and be confident in your abilities.

You must have speed of thought and fantastic communication skills (written and verbal).

Most of our team hold a degree, ideally you will have one as well.

Above everything you need to be a positive person, who is not afraid of hard work, who is resilient and wants to be a huge success.

Location

We come to the office 3 days a week. We have beautiful offices in Farringdon (London), it is a lively area, a transport hub and is the best work location in London. Our office is great and will offer you;

Money

Basic salary is £27-35K + commission of 10-30%

To put this into context, your first year you should bill around £120K, year two £200K However this is not limited and given the clients we have, and tools we have you can bill significantly more.

As your billing improves your basic salary will also increase.

We also run regular incentives, these are based on either team or personal targets. In recent years we have travelled to Sardinia and Ibiza. Have done countless shopping trips and given cash bonuses.
