You will directly line manage a head of product, head of UX, head of product engineering, and Senior Engineering manager. The group you will head up is over 120 people based in the UK and across Europe. Your job will be to drive the evolution of various customer-facing platforms; you will be heavily involved with technical architecture (not doing it, but being involved). About you

You will come from a hands-on technical background with experience in software architecture. Ideally, you will have worked for a B2C business and be used to coping with the demands of millions of users. You will be a great line manager and possess the ability to manage multiple board-level stakeholders. This role requires you to be a leading technologist and someone with incredible business skills.
