We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to manage the implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe analytics (amongst other automated marketing solutions) to clients across the UK. You will act as the lynch pin between the consultancy and their clients leading their internal teams and your technical experts. You will track spend (T&M) and keep all project admin up to date. This is a delivery focused position.

Key responsibilities of the project manager include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects related to data and marketing technology integrations.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Tracking project milestones, identifying risks, and taking proactive measures to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Collaborating with data and development teams to plan, execute, and optimise activities for new and existing clients.
  • Overseeing integrations and optimisations to ensure smooth implementation across various systems and platforms.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.

About you

You are an energetic, technically-savvy project manager with experience of delivering data focused projects with a cross‑functional team. You possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are a strong communicator who is equally comfortable collaborating with highly technical development teams and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience

Analytical Skills: A data‑driven mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Brilliant to have

Some Domain Knowledge: Any experience of digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing)
