As an AI Transformation Leader, you will be a strategic force driving the transition of cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world business value across a high-growth environment. You will bridge the gap between AI tech and commercial execution by mapping out an enterprise automation future, building a high-performing team of AI specialists, and scaling reusable tools across the organisation.
Operating at a high level of visibility, you will partner directly with executive leadership, Product & Technology and business unit heads to deliver a prioritized 24 month roadmap backed by rigorous ROI, robust governance, and meaningful adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping Strategy: Systematically evaluate workflows to construct a 24 month AI roadmap, establishing a prioritisation framework balancing revenue impact, efficiency gains, implementation complexity, and regulatory risk.
- Driving Execution: Partner with AI Solution Engineers and the business team to evaluate 'Build, Buy, or Configure' decisions, while collaborating with senior leaders to prioritise opportunities and drive solution adoption.
- Building & Scaling Capabilities: Recruit and lead a team of 3–4 prompt engineers and AI specialists, developing reusable AI agents and prompt libraries while building training programs to democratise AI development.
- Championing Governance & Risk: Design a rock-solid AI governance framework tailored to financial regulations, establishing guardrails for data privacy, model transparency, and bias mitigation alongside Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Building AI Capability: Act as the internal AI evangelist, leading communities of practice, managing upskilling and cultural shifts, and communicating wins directly to executive leadership.
About You
You are a business-focused AI specialist with commercial acumen, change management experience, and a deep understanding of prompt design, workflow optimisation, and business impact. Rather than a purely technical software engineer, you are a bridge builder who can seamlessly converse with data scientists, prompt engineers, compliance officers, and executive leadership alike.

- Proven ability to set, define, and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Strong track record of prioritizing complex, divergent business opportunities with concrete ROI metrics.
