As a business analyst, your job is to help align the financial and commercial elements of an organisation that has recently acquired a number of new businesses.
Responsibilities
- You will analyze the current state, design the future state and solve inefficiencies, improving workflow and the operating model.
- You will be aware of the challenges companies face when merging and will be sensitive to these while managing stakeholders.
- You will run workshops and build an actionable process model using tools such as BPMN.
- Deliver a genuine uplift in efficiency while embedding simplicity into the processes.
About You
- You are a process‑oriented business analyst with exposure to BPMN and finance/commercial departments.
- You have worked to align departments following an M&A activity.
- Experience in media, entertainment or marketing is advantageous.

Location
UK Remote – ideally London (open to attending the London office approximately once per month).

Up to £500–£550 per day – outside IR35.
