INIS, a busy canal-side kitchen in East London known for honest Irish and British cooking, is looking for a talented Sous Chef who takes pride in proper food and thrives in a fast-paced service.

We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to join the kitchen at INIS. Set on the canal towpath on Fish Island, INIS (meaning Island in Irish) was created out of a love for the local area and the community around.
